By registering a .RO domain name, you accept the conditions of the extension:

To initiate the transfer of a .RO domain name you will be asked to provide an authorization code (AuthID). You can obtain it directly from the registry by connecting to the Domain Administration Interface for End Users. If you don't know the requested password, you can retrieve it or ask for it at the current registrar.

Once the transfer has been finalized, the domain name's expiration date is extended for a one year period starting from the date of the end of transfer.
