There are no restrictions, everyone can register a .COM.EE domain name on a first come, first served basis.From 1st december 2015, the administrative contact's Estonian ID requirement is abolished. However, he must still be an individual (whatever the country or nationality ) acting as legal or autorised representative of the registrant.

In order to complete the registration, the administrative contact must sign an application form by one of the following methods:

By electronic signature for holders of an ID card from Estonia, Belgium, Lithuania or Finland.
The signed file in format ddoc must be sent back to us.

By handwritting for anybody
The signed file in format pdf must be sent back to us.

By registering a .COM.EE domain name, you accept the conditions of the extension:

To initiate the transfer of a .COM.EE domain name you will be asked to provide an authorization code (AuthID). You can obtain it from your current domain name's registrar.
You must also ensure that no protection against transfer is activated at the current registrar.

The transfer is free of charge because this operation doesn't include a domain name renewal.
You will benefit from all our services until the current expiration date of the domain name, when you will have to renew it at the pricing in force.

With our local contact service, the registration can be compliant with the rules. NETIM will be defined as administrative contact on your behalf.
This service is charged € 12.00 * in addition the domain fee.
