In order to register a domain name in Argentina, the registrant must have a user for which a validation procedure is performed at the registry level (Some documentation must be provided). For foreigners, only legal entities are allowed with their documents certified, legalised, apostilled in the country of origin and translated in Spanish.
In addition, the .AR rules and systems don't allow to register and manage a domain name on behalf the registrant.
